Black and White

Sweater: Forever 21 Shirt: J. Crew ( old but similar Here. ) Necklace: J. Crew Factory . Jeans: Paige Skyline Dream .(bought for 60% off at Nordstrom Rack). Shoes: J Crew Mona glitter flats (old). Sunnies: Target

Who doesn't love black and white? Lucky or us it is a big trend for spring. This sweater was one of my great buys at Forever 21 and was under $15.00! It screams Chanel without the price tag. So I know my blog pics have not been looking too professional since my camera died ( hope to replace it soon), so thanks for your patience. Can you believe my almost four year old took these? Don't they look better now knowing that these were taken by a toddler with an I-phone? Since he told me "mommy you look pretty today" I think I did something right? What do your kids love to see you in?

Blue Sea of Mom Jeans

Blue Sea of Mom Jeans
I am so ready for spring. I am also so loving the new washes of lighter denim for spring that remind me of the various colors of the sea - or  - the chlorinated town pool we take our little ones to until the weather warms up and we can get to the beach. I am also back to loving the Gap for their new selection of 1969 denim with labeling that makes it easy to know what you are selecting. Let's be real ladies, if your life is anything like mine, you shop on the Internet, or rush to try something on in the dressing room before a meltdown occurs. I can not understand crazy jean lingo like 811 or 911! So here is to spring and the new Mom Jeans! What denim are you wearing this spring?

Mixing Prints

Sweater: J. Crew (old) similar here. Pants: J Crew (sold out) but try ebay! Shoes: Steve Madden. Necklace: Chanel . Sunglasses: Old Target similar here.

Here is my attempt at mixing prints this season. I wasn't sure about stripes and green leopard print pants but somehow I think it works? The best thing about prints is that they hide stains your little ones put on you with their cute, adorable, but greasy little hands. How are you mixing prints this season? Happy belated St. Patrick's Day too!
