| Remember those care free and worry free days before you were a Mom? If I had to say what the biggest change is from pre-kids to post - it would be the amount I worry. Elizabeth Stone said it best - “Making the decision to have a child - it is momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body. ” Lucky for me I have found some great - affordable- skin creams that are really working in minimizing my worry lines and even fading my age and sun spots. If you can't tolerate retinol without irritation, try the Olay Regenerist. it contains Niacinimide which works like retinol but more gently. Also, FYI, did read that you should avoid retinol if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. What are your fave worry away wonders? |
