Melting Snow

At some point, all of this New England snow is going to melt, and that will makes for one big  mess. If you are a mom, you know how to handle a mess (always carry wipes!) . Mess of mud or not,  I can't wait to start playing outside again without snow pants, mittens, and scarves. I finally purchased some plain black wellies that will take me, hopefully chicly, through the soon to be coming early spring melting. What are you wearing for early spring?

Rainy day spring style - there is a way to look practical and chic in the rain moms!

So, I found some inspiration as to how to look good on those rainy days. Whenever I see someone wearing a trench, I just think it looks so chic. The best thing about them is that they are usually water repellant, so it's easy to wipe off the spit up or donut glaze with those wipes you keep in your large handbag. The leopard flat pops the pink but if it's really wet, throw on the wellies and go jump in the puddles with your kids!
