Since this blog is really for the everyday woman, and most of us have some type of budget, I try to post affordable pieces that are practical. But after perusing the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, I just felt inspired to post a fantasy fall look! Some of these items are pricey, but they are on sale hundreds of dollars so I guess if you wanted to splurge now is the time.

It is hard to think about fall clothes when we are in the full middle of summer, but some of these pieces actually make me long for fall! Crazy I know! Actually I am treasuring these last few weeks before my little one starts school. He is ready but I am not! I am going to miss him!

How was it when you sent your little ones of to school for the first time? Any advice to help prepare me?

Spring Break

Ok, seriously...another snow storm for the East coast? Makes me long for my spring break which is just a few weeks away. I put together a dreamy set of what I would love to wear on vacation and all at great prices. I love those wedges - they remind me of the L.K. Bennett wedges The Duchess has been seen in and are totally MOM walkable. Another great place for cheap swim wear this year is Forever 21. They have a mossimo inspired suit , here,  for under $30.00! I love the striped Asos suit above because it still has some sex appeal while the vertical stripes elongate your waist - a trouble spot for alot o us moms! What are you waiting for the weather to warm up to wear?
